Hi FS Buds - I'm sure this is water weight. Seems like the day after I workout at Physical Therapy I am always up a little. I need to eat more food. I haven't been in the mood to cook or eat anything but eating 600 calories is bad for the metabolism. Either FAST or eat enough. You can't do in between b/c it hoses the metabolism. Going to need to sit down and make some menus.

One website I really like for simple, keto meals is wholesome yum. I have the stuff to make some chaffles. I have a mini waffle maker to make round chaffles - they look just like regular waffles and are good to use as "bread" for sandwiches!

No matter how well you think you are doing on your WOE (way of eating) there are always improvements you can make to both food and exercise. So if it's not working for you, take an honest look at what you're doing. You will see little things you can do to modify! For example, I know I slack on my daily physical therapy. I'm supposed to take a walk every day and do these exercises. I often don't. Right now I can "get away with it" because i weigh a lot, but eventually it will be harder for the weight to come off without the exercise.
