7.9 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

my inaccurate waist measurement (horizontally over the navel): 80.2 cm
129.9 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
