I subbed you on YouTube. Great vids! I love your full fat and unhealthy small products transformation to a large and in charge healthy version of the same product. Dope! I've read a lot of your entries; and, I am not even going to pretend to know or understand 90%, and that before looking all of the terms up in Google. I actually copy and pasted one of your long complicated entries into Google to get some kind of translation and understanding. LOL I'm doing Keto/IF, and I obviously have a long way to go. Geez. Anyway, thanks for the vids and looking forward to more!!
