oops a little bit on but not too concerned as I'm well under my target weight. Fish n chips twice this week n too much chocolate to mention. Had a fab holiday in Skye n Scottish highlands though. ( well more of a adventure than holiday) . Time to relax n watch what I eat now I've another week off work x
158.7 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
