Dropped one more pound. Was hoping to drop 3 in a week but I'll take the one! Especially after going up a bit last week. Must try harder - getting back to water aerobics class will help. Plus I feel so much better mentally. Dang this having to be at work everyday - liked it better when I was "retired".
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
