I was away for the weekend where water was hard to find but booze and coffee and lots of junk food were readily available. I did try to be really good for the start of the week in preparation. I did lose my weigh in competition but I also lost .5 of a pound. So I guess I am satisfied. I did notice that I feel alot worse eating junk now that I have been eating well.
