Having a touch difficult with ice cream at night. Im using a harm reduction approach and am only having dixie cups but it is causing my weight loss to come to a halt. On the upside I have increased my pool activity re:lane swims and Zumba classes. Also I am going to bed earlier and getting up earlier. I am enjoying watching the sun come over the hills as I run (or sometimes walk) with dogs.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

I am so glad that the pool is working well for you. Zumba classes are certainly fun! I love getting up early and starting my day when I am at my most energetic! Ice cream - just so darn hard to say goodbye to some things, isn't it? Dixie cups are a good idea as they are definitely portion controlled. Is there anything that you could substitute for the ice cream and still get similar satisfaction? A hot cinnamon apple?
