Well, I need to drink more water, and the last 3 days I tried these low carb frozen meals for work, they taste good, but I think they may have hidden carbs in them or something cause I am retaining water. It is also getting close to that time were I turn into a pumpkin as well. Keep trooping on following my meal plan:)

Not so much hidden carbs...more like very high sodium. I'd be very careful using these more than maybe once a week, or as only an occasional treat due to the sodium content. ;)

I figured that too, I think I'm gonna just cut them out, also I can't imagine there are only 5 carbs in one meal, when the ingredient list shows cornstarch etc.

Yeah, I agree with you there...I just figured for the portion size the amount of cornstarch used is very small. However, I don't like using ANY cornstarch or that type of product, so was disappointed to see it used in the meals... :/

I had told you about using dietbet.com to help keep me on track, which it really has done. Only I'm finding that it also kind of sucks...lol I'm finding towards the end of the dietbet, I'm not able to enjoy my .2 losses. While I'm happy to be losing and I know the scale is moving in the right direction, it's a bit stressing when you are so close to goal and that .2 isn't going to be enough. Don't get me wrong, I'm not taking the dietbet overly serious. As long as I'm not gaining and I'm doing what I'm supposed to, then I'm happy. It just sucks to think you might lose $25 due to being short a .2oz loss. That being said...I'm still teeter-tottering on joining another in August. It really has helped immensely to keep me on track, I just don't know if I want to deal with the not being able to enjoy my little losses.

I agree about all the sodium in those frozen meals, even the "healthier" ones. Best to use them sparingly if at all. So much of this we learn by trial and error. You are doing so great and continue to be such an inspiration. Keep up the good work! And keep focusing on that water!

I see what you are saying about not enjoying the little loses, I think I would find that discouraging as well also the fear of losing my $$. You are doing so good, be proud of the little one cause they sure do add up!
