Camm's Journal, 24 January 2009

It's the beginning of day 5 and I'm down another lb! I went to the gym this morning and was really dragging. But I pushed myself through 40 minutes of cardio. I'm so glad I did. Then I sat in the sauna for about 10 minutes. My boyfriend will be here for a visit the weekend after Valentines Day and I want him to be able to detect that I've lost weight. We usually see each other every other weekend, but between now and the 21st we won't get to due to busy schedules. I'm gonna cook some fresh broccoli, sweet potatoes and squash. Hopefully it will last for about 3 days.

















158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
