Stopped drops for 4wks and gained 15lbs back then lost 12lbs again, so i am yo-yoing. My goal is to be under 200lbs by my birthday on the 5th but I'm not very confident that I will make it bc of the holiday. Well, one day before Thanksgiving I stopped the drops and cheated and have been cheating every since. Oh and my cycle is on also(sad face). I say I will restart drops and diet on Monday but u know how that goes....Ok, that would be the 29th..@ -1lb/day I could do it~that is if I don't gain anymore by Monday! Ughh wat a headache! I just hate being fat! New goal is to be 190 or less by New Year's! I will let u know how it goes! LOl! Stay tuned.......
