Rough week, on track eating, more intense workouts, but suffered 3 days of bloating. Wanted to give up. But I didn’t. I will do this!!!! Master this!! I have control. Have a super weekend all.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
