People in real life get on my nerves. I am sure that the OB Dr, gastric Dr, nutritionalist, and personal trainer that I see routinely during this pregnancy know a little more about diet and weight than the average person at my job.
I feel like I am answering the same stuff everyday.
Yes, I eat enough.
Yes, the baby is growing fine.
Yes, it is okay to workout/weight train.
No, my belly isn’t too small.
No, pregnancy isn’t a reason to go crazy with my diet and food
Yes, I do get cravings and will indulge. I just find better alternatives, make myself with better ingredients or eat a smaller portion.
No, I am not gonna ruin my gastric sleeve surgery or result because I got pregnant. I weighed 286 lbs at my highest weight. No way in hell am I gonna get to that size again.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 106.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
