9.2 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

waist measurement:

horizontally over navel: 79.3 cm

At last the weight is sticking in the lower 58 kg :) But it's best not to celebrate yet lol.
By using a mirror, I just found out that I wasn't measuring correctly 1 inch below the navel and that it is very difficult for me to get a reasonably accurate reading of that specific area so, from now on, I'll just stick with measuring over the navel which seems to be easier or more accurate to do. It still varies somewhat (like 1 cm) depending on where the tape measure passes over the back.
128.3 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
