Rough week. Been naughty. I think I'm in the habit of logging everything now. I am having trouble exercising. It is so stressful and distracting at home. normally I'd be wishing for summer to be over so the kids will finally go back to school. now that day is not coming. i feel too tired to get 4 kids ready to walk around my neighborhood anxiously. I feel agoraphobic but i just want to be in the forest. I'm hoping the motivation/energy to care for myself will return. I'm trying so hard not to lean back into my self- destructive programming. 😈
174.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
