9.1 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

inaccurate waist measuring:

horizontally over the navel: 79.5 cm
horizontally 1 inch below the navel: 80.7 cm
128.5 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
