Going down better now...only 2lbs left for this goal..however I do want to get down to 130lbs....but with the Holidays that probably won't happen until after the 1st of the year...but I am going to eat in moderation...a little of all the good stuff...and keep up the exercise.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
