A lot of 'poorly' ratings lately. My standards are a little higher, but I also think I've gotten a little complacent with all the progress I've made. Time for a reset and to get back on track.
201.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I had that happen shortly after I hit 50 lbs lost. I thought I was going to be more excited about hitting that milestone and it wasn't as glorious as I thought it was going to be and I got really disenchanted. I can tell you that it gets easier and you will get the wind in your sails again soon. Just give it time and don't be to hard on yourself.

I'm thinking I'm actually a bit too pleased with the progress I've made actually. I have to remember that I'm barely half way to my goal and that's it's going to take some more work to make it the rest of the way.

Was by myself in the pool for the first half of my workout today. Totally boring and hard to get motivated. For the second half, some fast swimmers jumped into the lanes next to me. Did much better after that. Now I'm sore. Good workout!

Blondie and Rod Stewart today. The shoulder is okay if I take some Advil before I go swimming. It's not ideal but it seems to work.
