Consumed fewer calories yesterday and weighed more today. Go figure. =-O Found a great tasting oatmeal & was able to work
out a short time after breakfast .

122.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
