1601 kcal Fat: 93.36g | Prot: 73.60g | Carb: 124.22g.   Breakfast:  Tea with Milk,  Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Ham or Bacon and Tomatoes. Lunch: Tesco Watermelon,  Avocados , Tesco Tomato Puree Double Concentrated, Knorr Beef Stock Pot, Morrisons Sliced Mixed Peppers,  Carrots (without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) , Tesco Tinned Tomatoes,  Minced Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat) . Dinner:  Cooked Mature Onions (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking),  Cooked Savoy Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking),  Minced Lamb . Snacks/Other: Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate,  Banana Bread,  Sweet Cherries , Asda Red Seedless Grapes, Tesco Blackberries,  Coffee. more...
