9.1 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)


I was expecting this heheh. Also, once more, I've been skipping weight training. I'll try to do it today.

very inaccurate waist measuring:
82.1 cm (completely horizontally passing one inch below belly button)
80.5 cm (completely horizontally passing over belly button)
129.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
