9.8 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)


waist measurement: it honestly looks like 82.1 or 82.2 but depending on where I pass the tape measure through, I will get wildly varying results... :)
128.1 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always measure at the smallest point!!!!! I look at myself in the mirror to find it. But the experts prefer to use the belly button as the mark, which is lower and they say that is more important as a measurement because abdominal fat is a very negative health factor. I suppose I should measure there as well but I want it to be as small as possible! :-) Congratulations on the weight loss, my friend! Maggie

Thank you very much Maggie! :) ahah That makes sense! I have been passing it through the middle of the that slight groove in my lower back and like an inch below the belly button. I'm going to start measuring at the belly button now :) I have lost this weight but my belly is still not flat. It's flatter but still not there lol. Tomorrow I'll probably recover a lot of weight since these last 2 or 3 days I have been eating a little too much :P. I think that, for a flat belly, I may have to lower the goal weight to 57 kg. Sometimes I get the feeling that I'm loosing weight in air because that belly is so persistent ;). But I have had a great sign. I have been able to advance to the next notch in my belt heheh. Thanks!

I definitely agree the most important benchmark is the flat belly.
