Hello

Maybe a journal will help me stay on plan! I have tried Atkins / low carb off and on now for probably close to 10 years. First time I got down to 215 lbs and then went back to old way of eating. Highest I have ever weighed is 300.

I actually started this go at it on July 8. Nothing but water! No Diet Cokes or Miller Lite - Sucks! Especially in summer but want my clothes to fit when I am at shrine bowl starting July 18 - 27th. Last time was at shrine bowl gained 10 lbs. Eat Eat Eat all the time.

Two fried eggs
4 breakfast meat balls

Lunch

Not hungry at all

Supper

16 oz sirloin
2 pickle spears

Salad with Thousand Island, Bacon Bits, and shredded cheese

Lots of water
265.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
