Must have just been retaining some extra water yesterday. I knew it was a good possibility. Fasting is much easier with a cup of bone broth. I pulled out a cup for me for dinner tonight already. (Made then froze it) I do know, not a true water fast this way but I'm going with Dr. Fung on this one. I'll have enough homemade for this week but I'll have to make more this weekend. It will most likely be more chicken since beef prices have shot way up. Hopefully I'll get to a point when I don't need the bone broth.
245.2 lb Lost so far: 47.9 lb.    Still to go: 130.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
