SO I FELL OFF THE WAGON... A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT BUMMED ME OUT AND CONTRIBUTED TO MY CARELESSNESS WAS THAT MY SCALE WAS OFF BY A LOT... IN REALITY I WASN'T EVEN 176... IN REALITY I WAS STILL 179... IT WAS OFF BY 3 LBS. SO NOW I'M 182...

WELL GOOD NEWS IS I'M GETTING A MEMBERSHIP TO A GYM... AND I'M GETTING BACK ON THE WAGON...
182.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
