8.4 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner

waist measurement: 82.4 cm (I think I'm just getting better at measuring than actually measuring a wider waist though).
129.6 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
