Restaurant outing on Saturday, BBQ on Sunday, and a trip across the border yesterday meant some poor eating choices over the last few days... namely foods including gluten. I think most of this is bloat.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
