ughhh!!! I thought I did really well this week. I'm getting a bit discouraged with this weight gain. I thought it felt like my pants were tighter, and this morning's weigh in proved I was right!!

I was soooo thrilled with my loss in Phase I, but it seems like nothing is happening now on Phase II. I have been walking a few nights a week, but am soon stepping it up. With it being the middle of Michigan winter, outdoor exercise it a no-go. I don't particularly like going to the gym either. My boyfriend and I ordered the P90X work out system this weekend. I am anxious to begin it, and hoping this helps raise my spirits and drop some pounds!!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.0 lb a week

If you use your food diary, It would help us to be better able to guide you. There is usually a reason we can help pin point if you use your food diary. Sometimes its something as simple as using a wrong product or skipping meals. I'd suggest using your food diary. I know a few people that got that P90X and they didn't stick with it, so PLEASE keep me informed on how you like it. Seems rather too intense for me but that's only because I know people that said it was too much. Best wishes and keep us updated!
