Fantastic! Can't wait to see your updated picture. You can try to have food with more of fiber for it helps your digestion system run smoothly since your activity level is low for a while. Enjoy your Sunday!

Hi happynow... I SO wish I ate YOUR diet! Except the seafood part - think I'm allergic. Regardless, I don't like seafood. But you eat so well! And knock wood, so far, so good with my digestive system! I will eat a high fiber cereal when I know I haven't had enough roughage, and have eaten some of the "double fiber" bread to help, too. Now, if I ate like YOU, I wouldn't need that! lol... Hope you're enjoying your day, as well.

OH MY GOSH, a new low!!! Look at you go now. Congratulations RWL, I am so hapy for you. You are below goal! And without all that darned exercise, lol. Enjoy your Sunday, and take care.

ctlss... how're you doing? I hope better. Yeah, new low for me and thanks for your congratulations, too. I have a feeling it may be BECAUSE of no workouts! Losing muscle by the second... oh well. Maybe I can hit 120 before I'm cleared to work out again, then when I add muscle weight, I won't freak out! I hope all is well with you.

I am okay, running a fever, but hanging in there. Decided to use the down time to try some Thanksgiving dessert recipes! MMMMM, good!! Glad that you are doing so well, and I want to see some pics!
