Whoot whoot! 200 pounds even!
I am going to work my buns off to be under 200 for the next weigh in in two weeks.

Get ready for One-der land! I`m coming back!

On a side note, I have joined a women`s strength training and we work out once a week. I have been eating healthier, and now all I need to do is sneak in another work out at home, and perhaps some cardio on my own as well, and I`m on my way to loooooooosing the weight.

200.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
