Today officially starts Phase two for me. As I begin to eat more calories and diverse foods, it will be incredibly important that I stick to my exercise routine and get enough sleep. looking forward to dipping below the 150lb line soon!

Exercise:
yesterday- 30mins on treadmill at level 6, 2.13 miles run.

goal for today - walk at lunch for 30 mins and ripped workout 60mins with 8lb weight.


I'm smashing, yes indeed I'm smashing, so good for me I'm smashing!
152.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
