Didn't have time to work out yesterday, worked all day, had to run errands after work, then cook dinner for the kids and do laundry. Today should be better, I have the day off!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
