Started with Alexis yesterday as a personal trainer. I weighed 147.2 Today up 2.2 After I worked out, I only had a turkey burger chips and nuts.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
