I'm staying on track, and keeping as close as possible to the line. So I've dropped more than a pound in the past week. This is good. I'll see myself down to the twelve-stone mark in a couple of weeks at this pace. Then, we'll see. BMI of 24.5.

I had my DNA tested by 23andme. One thing I learnt is that 4.11 lbs of my weight is probably down to my genes. That's interesting.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 166.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
