Went down my Dad's and binged out a few days. It is very hard to get off my routine because I haven't been on my plan long enough. I did well for the first few days and then it blew up.
I have been watching YouTube videos from the #carbaddictdoc Dr. Rob Cywes. He is very interesting and gives his recommendations on keto diet, type 2 diabetes, and intermittent fasting.
I hope everyone is doing well. I disappear when I am binge eating because I'm embarrassed.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

I too fall out of my routine and sometimes dive off the deep end head first! Every day is a new start!! You are NOT ALONE!! We are here to support you!!
