312.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2173 kcal Fat: 90.85g | Prot: 52.69g | Carb: 294.29g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Quaker Quick Oats,  Coffee with Sugar. Lunch:  Tap Water,  Strawberries,  Blueberries , Bar-S Foods Hot Dog Franks,  Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Catsup and/or Mustard on Bun. Dinner: Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie. Snacks/Other: Wyler's Light Singles to Go,  Tortilla Chips (White Corn) ,  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges) , Great Value Saltine Crackers, McDonald's Baked Apple Pie, Publix Fruit on the Bottom Low Fat Yogurt - Strawberry Banana. more...
