tomorrow will be weigh day, after 6 days of eating out and one really bad day... goal for november... drop 4 lbs and net over 610 calories per day... i can do it!
181.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
