well, it's better... hate this time of month... nothing is accurate, but i'll take the drop off either way... aiming for consuming 50 less calories today than yesterday... just to keep progress.
182.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
