This morning, I re-started my South Beach diet....no, I started living my South Beach way of eating.....
And, this time, I'm not just working towards a goal of losing so many pounds or losing weight for the 3 weddings I have this spring. I want to be well on my way to my final ideal weight by the time the weddings start, but I'm not looking for this to be a temporary thing. That was my problem last year when I lost the weight and then gained it back. I didn't plan further then July 4th weekend (my 50&4 birthday celebration). This time I'll look towards my 80th! I'll look past the upcoming events and focus on getting myself health and fit for life.......
YAY!!!!!
201.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
