7.2 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

I wish I could trust that percentage but I really can't since this particular home machine mistakes water loss for fat loss :)
131.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
