Today I ate half a banana for breakfast 4 prunes lunch I ate a whole box of dates and carrots and a bit of yellow patotes then I had a whole melon almost 461 a mango 135 and grapes 200 and a tangerine 80 and some crackers.... And cereal and a small peice of the snickers. 100....
103.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
