💃happy camper today! I have begun a early morning regime designed by Robin Sharma. It is called the 20/20/20 victory hour. So it about getting up with sun going for a short run- cold shower- 20 minutes of breath &reflection- then 20 minutes of any intellectual pursuit. I have done it for 3 days and am finding I waking up earlier and earlier- maye getting in the sinc with the sun- definitely the birds . Going to spinning today- then clients- dog walking and birthday number two to plan. Have a great day everyone!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week

That sounds like a lovely hour. So the run is 20 minutes? Cold shower to be a 'wake up' the body moment?
