I guess i am a bit frustrated today. i just can't understand why its soo hard to drop the pounds i feel like all th exercising i did i should wake up with a 5 pound weight loss but it isn't working like that and i don't get it because i worked out over 2 hours yesterday and drank over 2 liters of water and ate below my points. almost makes me want to quit but then again i did have that weight gain over the holidays and i was and i lost 5 pounds from that. i just hope it doesn't take me 6 months to get to 155 .. they say the stars lose weight with 2 hour workouts a day and 1200 calories i seen it where they lost 35 pounds in a month.i don't get it.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Couple of things...you could be building muscle so take your measurements and go by that in addition to the scale...you'll be pleasantly surprised. Also, working out for 2 hours is a long work out and your body is probably holding on to some water to hydrate you. Don't get discouraged, our bodies take time to adjust. You'll lose I'm sure, keep up the great work outs.
