Started exercising 20 minutes every morning. Hopefully that kicks the fat loss into high gear. Have only 5 weeks to lose 10 lbs.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
