2338 kcal Fat: 88.85g | Prot: 225.36g | Carb: 161.83g.   Breakfast:  Bananas , Tesco Skimmed Milk, Tesco Swiss Style Muesli, Apples, Tesco Bran Flakes, MyProtein Impact Whey Protein - Strawberry Cream 1kg,  Almonds . Lunch:  Bananas , Broccoli, Tesco Value Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Nimble Wholemeal Bread , Tesco Sardines in Brine, Tesco Medium Free Range Eggs. Dinner: Babybel Mini Light Cheese, Asda Chickpeas in Water, Tesco Iceberg Lettuce, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten),  Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Almonds , Eatlean Protein Cheese,  Omega 3. more...
