Well, that experiment didn't last long. Less than one week of monitoring calories and exercise and I put on 5 lbs. Time to get back to using Fatsecret daily.

While I was eating more and exercising less, at least the food I ate was more nutritous than my diet prior to doing research on nutrition. Also, my body is still accustomed to reduced caloric intake so getting back into the groove shouldn't be that difficult.

I adjusted my goal weight upwards by 10 lbs as I had been overly conservative with my height. At 6 ft., 195 lbs gives a good BMI value and given my muscular build is a good weight for me.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
