grrrr really not happy about this :( ill take full responsibility though I was not as strict this weekend and fell out of ketosis. I'm not giving up! if anything I'll try and reset with these next few days by fasting
221.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
