It's crazy to me how much my weight can fluctuate in a day. Recently bought a scale and have started weighing myself every morning and usually before taking a shower in the evening. Bodys are truly amazing, and I'm so grateful for mine ❤️
145.1 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 30 June 2020:
2330 kcal Fat: 86.60g | Prot: 113.47g | Carb: 280.93g.   Breakfast: Danon Plain Reduced Sugar Yogurt, Nature Valley Energy Granola Bars - Cranberry Almond,  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese,  Chicken Sausage. Lunch:  Okra,  Green Peppers,  Chicken Sausage,  Quinoa (Cooked),  Chicken Broth (Home Recipe). Dinner:  Spinach (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) ,  Firm Silken Tofu , House Foods Chinese Mabo Tofu Sauce, Bibibop Purple Rice,  Pork and Vegetables in Soy-Based Sauce (Mixture),  Sukiyaki (Stir Fried Beef and Vegetables in Soy Sauce). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Cookie (made with Oatmeal and Coconut), Hershey's Extra Dark Chocolate Sticks, Tamachan Shop Shiawase Mixed Nuts (no salt or oil added). more...
