Thu Rest Day
Though yesterday was a workout day, I ate under 1500 cals, attempting to lower body fat more (even assuming BIA reading up to 8% over, I'm probably above 8% bf) with 2 wks left in this cycle. I'd like to show abs in my finish photos
Afternoon: nap, with nightmare
6:20PM 2nd Measure:
151.4lb 16.2% 30.5" 61.1% water
broke fast 1:00PM (16hr)
woke up@ 7:30AM (7.5hr)
start fast: 8PM
go to bed: 4AM
149.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
