woke up @ 10am (6hr)
actually woke at 7am, and went back to sleep, did stretch & perfect daydream visualization at 4AM before going to sleep
147.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
