Well I don't know what is going on with my weight loss. I have slowly increased my carbohydrates to about 50g / day and I have lost five more pounds since the middle of March. My target weight was 165. I feel real good and am not having any more problems with dehydration. I am going to increase my carbs to 75g/day and see what happens. My bills sugar is almost perfect between 85 and 115. That is what I have been working for all along, the weight loss is a bonus!!!
